The Jonas Brothers Get Immortalized In Wax In Hollywood

The Jonas Brothers head back out onto the road next week and will be out of the country touring South American and Europe for the next two months, which means that American fans will be denied the boys’ presence in their native country. Luckily, there are three lifelike doppelgangers stationed in Hollywood who will allow for visits any time (or at least during museum hours). Yesterday (September 30), Madame Tussaud’s unveiled the wax figures of the pop-rock trio. The statues cost a total of $1 million to produce and feature actual clothes worn by the band (they donated a few outfits for the cause).

This isn’t the first time the band has been given a wax tribute — they’ve already got wax replicas at the Madame Tussaud’s in Washington, D.C. (which debuted in 2008). In the 18 months in between the two sculpture premieres, the artists clearly haven’t figured out what to do with Nick, who is posed at an extremely odd angle. (The Washington version also features his body shaped at odd angles.) He’s an energetic performer for sure, and is often caught in photos in especially unorthodox rock poses, but he really looks like he’s got some problems with his bone structure.

The band took some time off from their tour for their latest album Lines, Vines and Trying Times to go film the sequel to “Camp Rock” up in Canada. Now that they’ve wrapped up, their tour takes them to a few U.S. dates before they break out their passports for stops in Mexico, Venezuela and a number of cities in Europe.

So it seems as though the JB’s might be able to add another critic to their list-one of hip hop music’s biggest living legends, Jay-Z, made a reference to the Bro’s on his new album. Blueprint 3 was just released and one of the tracks “Real As It Gets” is getting some serious flack, with New York magazine calling the rhyme about the JB’s awful. Joe Jonas: No Valentine’s Day For Me

Taking a short break from filming Camp Rock 2, Joe Jonas makes a trip back to Beverly Hills to shop around for a new home on Saturday afternoon (September 26).

The 20-year-old musician/actor recently caught up with JJJ and exclusively revealed the mystery behind Valentine’s Day and whether he would be starring opposite Jennifer Garner and Taylor Lautner.

He shared, “I actually went for the audition and it was looking really good, but scheduling just wasn’t working out. They were filming in the summer and we [Jonas Brothers] were touring during the summer. We figured it out on our part but it was just difficult because they’re working with so many superstars, that scheduling is really hard to adjust than a normal film like if it was just me and a few other people.”

Joe continued, “It’s Anne Hathaway and all these other big stars that star in that movie and they have to shift schedules around. I think we’re going to try and do something for that, but it all depends on schedules.”

Concert For Hope Poster

On October 25th Disney’s Miley Cyrus, Demi Lovato and Jesse McCartney will perform on stage at the 2nd Annual Concert For Hope. Check out the poster above.

The concert will be taking place at 5PM on October 5th at the Nokia Theater (Los Angeles, California). And money from ticket sales are being donated to numerous chrities.

A Canadian news company is reporting that Demi Lovato is currently dating Dirk Mai. Many of you know Dirk from the photos Demi posts of herself on Twitter that she gives him credit for taking.

The newspaper reported that Demi’s representative said: “I have no comment on them dating. I cannot confirm or deny.”

However rumor has it that close friends of Demi have reported that the two are dating and it is going great!

We have to be honest, Dirk reminds us a lot of Trace Cyrus who Demi has been linked to in the past. Thoughts?
